How an event runs

About two minutes to learn.

  1. Set up your event — your items, colours, and what guests get to choose.
  2. Put the code on the table. Guests scan it and order on their phone.
  3. Work the queue. Claim the next piece, make it, mark it done.
  4. Guests get a text when theirs is ready — if they asked for one.
  5. Export your contacts and recap when the day is over.

About the text messages

Nowmade LLC sends order notifications on behalf of the studios that use it. Here is exactly how that works:

  • A guest opts in in person, by ticking an optional box on the order form at the table. It is never pre-ticked.
  • Consent is never required to place an order.
  • Messages are only about that guest's own order — when it's ready, or if there's a short delay. Up to 3 messages per order.
  • We never send marketing by text, and studios cannot write or send their own messages through Nowmade.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Mobile numbers are never shared or sold to anyone.
